Really great spot if you're craving Brazilian food in Altamonte Springs. Everything tasted homemade. Staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome right away. The caipirinha was amazing too. Definitely coming back!
Fun new flavors to explore if you’ve never eaten Brazilian cuisine! Very attentive and helpful staff to answer your questions if you aren’t sure what you might like. Steak was tender and flavorful. Definitely try the seasoning mix called farofa: a garlicky herb flour that you sprinkle on your steak (or whatever you’d like!). The grilled salmon in wine sauce (salmao so molho) was wonderful, and mashed yucca was a nice alternative to mashed potatoes. The drinks were different in a fun and interesting way too. Highly recommend this family owned and operated restaurant.

Went to try it four days after their soft opening. Their food was delicious and great value. The service was outstanding. I am glad we now have a Brazilian restaurant in western Seminole County/Altamonte Springs. This beats having to drive down to the I-Drive area in Orlando to eat Brazilian. We will be back, highly recommend it.
I've only had Brazilian food from a chain and was very happy to taste the difference provided by the chef and staff at Picanha's Bistro! It's local place that I will happily enjoy again!
